Pros & Cons
- The Campagnolo Bora WTO 33 DB wheels are of top class quality and excel in low weight, high comfort and good power transfer.
- The 19 mm wide rim allows to ride outer tubes from 23 to 32 mm.
- The wide tires provide more comfort and low rolling resistance.
- Aerodynamically optimized in the wind tunnel for extremely low drag and wind sensitivity.
- The 2-way Fit rim profile makes it possible to ride both tubeless and with inner tubes. The G3 spoke pattern saves weight by using fewer spokes and provides better power transfer.
- For a more aerodynamic model, look at the Campagnolo Bora WTO 45 DB.
- Only available in this color but will fit any bike.

Description
Description
The Campagnolo Bora WTO 33 Disc Brake road bike wheels for disc brakes are light (1485 grams), comfortable and have good power transmission. The all-round rim of these Campagnolo Bora WTO 33 DB bike wheels is 33 mm high, which makes them usable on any terrain. In addition, these wheels sit at a hugely interesting price point compared to the Bora One 35 wheels. Optimized in the wind tunnel, the Campagnolo Bora WTO 33 Disc Brake bike wheels feel much more stable and aerodynamic than the Campagnolo Bora One 35 road bike wheels. Thanks to the internal rim width of 19mm and external rim width of 26mm, 25mm tires fit perfectly on the rim.
The design of the rim allows aerodynamic properties and can even be boosted at certain angles for even faster cycling. The wheel has carbon rims with a uni-directional aerodynamic finish, new aerodynamic aluminum hubs and the ceramic USB cup-and-conus bearing system: every design choice was made with an eye to improving performance.
Campagnolo Tech lab engineers have managed to completely redesign the Campagnolo Bora wheels in the wind tunnel. The Campagnolo Bora WTO wheels emerged from many lab tests and intensive field tests by well-known professionals such as Nairo Quintana and André Greipel. The rim design offers enormous advantages in terms of stability in the wind. The most optimal aerodynamics are achieved in wind directions between 12 and 19 degrees. This is because the rim profile allows you to apply less power at the same speed compared to a non-aerodynamic rim profile. Especially when your speed is above 40 km/h, these benefits increase exponentially.
USB - Ceramic Ultra Smooth Bearings
Campagnolo has a reputation when it comes to reliable, high quality hubs with low rolling resistance. In fact, all development is done entirely in-house with extreme precision. The resistance of hubs with USB (Ultra Smooth Bearings) ceramic bearings is up to 50% lower than regular bearings. Furthermore, ceramic bearings last many times longer than steel bearings.
2-Way Fit
In addition, thanks to the 2-way Fit rim profile, they can also be made tubeless. But the 2-Way Fit rim profile, as the name suggests, is a technology for both clincher and tubeless tyres. Tubeless riding has numerous advantages such as reduced rolling resistance, increased riding comfort and improved grip. The main advantage of tubeless riding is that you can keep riding when you have a puncture. The liquid latex fills the hole in the tyre within seconds.
G3 spoke pattern
Although the main purpose of these wheels is to provide extreme performance, safety is also guaranteed thanks to the G3 spoke system with double spokes on the left side of the front wheel to ensure balanced and safe braking in all conditions.
• Campagnolo 35 mm tubeless valves
• Campagnolo 35 mm valve extenders
• Valve hole reducers
• 2 tyre levers

The best wheels in their price category
- Justin 4 November 2023
I fitted these wheels with gp5000 tubeless tyres, and I'm still trying to find the right settings. I noticed a big difference in responsiveness compared to the original wheels on my roadmachine.
